There are three ways to take the PVC pipe coupling down.

The conditions of the PVC tube should be implemented under the following conditions:
Drying treatment: dry treatment is usually not required.
Melting temperature: 185~205C.
Mold temperature: 20~50C.
Injection pressure: it can be as high as 1500bar holding pressure: it can be as large as 1000bar injection rate: to avoid material degradation, the injection rate is usually considerable.
Runner and gate: all conventional gates can be used. For smaller parts, it is better to use pin type gate or submerged gate; for thicker parts, fan gate is preferred. The minimum diameter of needle gate or submerged gate should be 1mm, and the thickness of fan-shaped gate should not be less than 1mm.
Typical uses: water supply pipes, household pipes, wall panels, commercial machine shells, electronic products packaging, medical devices, food packaging, etc.
