4: Watch the weather resistance. The most direct way to watch the weather resistance is to give high temperature and high light to the PVC pipes for a few days to see their surface change rate. Although the way is a waste of time.
The connection of PVC pipes mainly includes 3 types: sealing apron, bonding and flange connection. Pipes with diameters greater than or equal to 100 millimeters are generally fitted with apron connectors. Pipes with diameters less than 100 millimeters are generally bonded joints and some live joints are used on them. When pipes cross sewers or other pipelines, metal pipes are usually used. And plastic pipes are connected to metal pipes by flanges. The connection between valve front and back pipe is also flanged.
PVC pipe thread sealing glue method:
1. Clean the thread and spray the accelerator inside and outside the thread. And then let it dry. At the same time, note that brass parts do not need to spray accelerator.
2. Coat the outer thread with a sealant with 1-2cm at the end of the tube empty.
3. Close the pipe carefully and don't tighten it too tight.
4. When the initial working pressure exceeds 73Bar, it needs to be solidified for 30 minutes.
