The installation steps of PPR pipe and fittings

1.Check the operating welding machine and the temperature should be up to 260 ℃ .

2.Mark PPR pipe the access depth before welding(25mm depth is about 1.5cm)

3.Parallel the pipe and fitting into the  welding head for 4 seconds' duration 

4.Pulling out the pipe and fittings after fully heated and keeping a good time after the join.

5.After the temperature is cooled, the pipe is tightly coupled with the fitting.

6.To see the fusing effect, we use scissors to cut and the joints are seamless.

7.In the project pipe and fitting all installed, with the test press  test pressure 48 hours without leakage,  can be used normally.
