6. Will your company supply samples?
Yes. Free samples and collected freight (or negotiate). Freight charge will refund after confirmation of order.
7. What is your MOQ?
Fittings: 10 CTNS for each size,
Pipes: 3000 meters for each size.
8. What is your port of shipment?
We ship the goods via Ningbo or Shanghai port.
9. What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, LC, Western Union, Money Gram are available for us.
We accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance against B/L copy.
10. How long is your delivery time?
30- 45 days after receiving deposit.
11. How to solve quality problems?
If the product doesn't conform to customer's sample or has quality issue, we will make compensation.
