Yes. We provide free samples with freight collected, or on other agreed terms. Freight charges are refunded after order confirmation.

For stock items, the minimum order quantity is flexible. For customized orders, it depends on the specific product size and type.

Our normal delivery time is 30–45 days after receiving the deposit.

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, MoneyGram and PayPal. Our T/T terms are 30% in advance and the remaining 70% against a copy of the bill of lading.

We are a manufacturer in China. Taizhou Zhuoxin Plastics Co., Ltd. (SAM-UK) was founded in 2006.

Our core products include PVC-U pressure and drainage pipes and fittings, PPR hot- and cold-water systems, and CPVC pipes and fittings. Our product catalogue lists each range and its model-specific specifications.

Start with our certification records, which list issuing bodies, file numbers and product scope. Provide the product model, nominal size and destination market so our sales team can identify the applicable listing and technical documents. For example, UPC fittings file 13816 and PVC pipe file 14461 cover different products. An ISO 9001 management-system certificate does not certify every individual product.

If a product does not conform to the customer’s sample or has a quality issue, we will provide compensation. Please contact our sales team with the order and product details.

We use 100% virgin raw materials, with no recycled waste. Material and performance requirements should be confirmed for the selected product and its intended application.

Our product ranges include ASTM, BS, DIN and AS/NZS references. The applicable standard depends on the product series and model; please confirm the required standard when requesting a quotation.

We ship goods via Ningbo or Shanghai port.
