Step 4
Slide the threader onto the pipe and then slide it first. The threads should face outwards, away from the tube ends. Don’t go wrong, or there will be problems next.
Step 5
Start the thread die with a handwise. Push on the end of the die as you engage the pipe. This hand pressure will begin the threads evenly.
Step 6
Continue to use a long handle to screw into the pipe to rotate the mold. Place the threaded portion of the mold on the PVC pipe. When the back of the mold is aligned with the end of the tube, the threading is stopped.
Step 7
Turn the mold counterclockwise to remove it. After removing the new thread from the vise, wipe it off with a rag. This will be done.
What should I pay attention to when using it?
1. For the pipe line that is darkly applied to the wall, buried in the underground non-combustible body, and the line pipe for ordinary residential houses such as rural buildings, PVC threading with certain flame retardant properties and meeting the requirements of physical and mechanical properties shall be adopted tube.
