PVC Pipe Operation Process
（1）PVC Tube Processing: determine the length of pipe, use hacksaw to manually saw or circular saw blade and sawing machine to saw. The incision should be kept flat, with butterfly file removing trimming and chamfering. The chamfering can’t be too large.
（2）Clean PVC Pipe and Fittings: before bonding, must try to assemble, clean the end of pipe about 50mm length and the interface wall of accessories, scrub with acetone coated cotton, and use hairbrush to coat adhesive on bonding faces evenly without missing.
（3）Bonding PVC Pipe and Fittings: After coating, turn to the ideal angle, put pipe into PVC fitting’s bird mouth; use mallet to knock, making pipe in bird mouth wholly; don’t take apart or turn away in two minutes; wipe adhesive on joint to keep PVC pipeline clean.

The essence of PVC pipe is vacuum absorbing film. Known as decorative film, with film, it’s used for various panels’ surface packing, and applied to building materials, packaging, medicine and other industries. Among them, building materials accounts for the largest proportion, 60%, followed by packaging industry and several other small-scale industries.
